The melachrinidis.gr is the online store selling the products of company "N.MELACHROINIDI BROS OE" ( "Melachroinidis footwear"), located in Gerakas, Attica, Kleisthenous 8 , Stavros region (VAT number: 093 048 960 / Tax Office PALLINIS).

Our concern is to set out the terms governing the rights and obligations of the owner of the shop located at «melachrinidis.gr» to all of you who will visit the website for your convenience in the search and acquisition of products you wish to buy from our store.

a) Conditions

Order cancellation can be done only before product shipment.

CHANGES - RETURN - REPLACEMENT PRODUCT

In any case you wish returning or replacement of the product purchased ,you must notify us within five (5) days of receiving the electronic address (e-mail) «info@melachrinidis.gr» explaining us the reason of returning or replacement and filling Contact Phone. Then we will contact you about the details of the return package. Alternatively you can contact us at 2106613712 (Monday-Friday 9.00-14.00).

Conditions for reimbursement:
1. the product should not be used
2. Repayment shall be made within ten (5) calendar days from the day of communication with us
3. the product must necessarily be accompanied by proof of purchase (Proof Retail, invoice, shipment-invoice etc)
4.the product is in the state received from the client, complete and without any damages and the packaging is that which normally accompanies the product

You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement for the following reasons:
i. WRONG SEND PRODUCT
In those instances where a demonstrable fault of «Melachroinidis Footwear" products delivered to different design or size of this order you can return the products.
The return of the product is free from all over Greece.
ii. MANUFACTURING DEFECT PRODUCT
In those instances where there is a defect in the product have the right to return the product purchased and ask to replace it with another product or products at the level of the price you pay or additional consideration if you wish, within 10 calendar days from receipt of the product.
The return of the product is free from all over Greece, always after consultation with our store at 2106613712 (Monday-Friday 9.00-14.00).
 iii. CHANGE PRODUCT
In case you decide to change the product you purchased please contact us directly at 2106613712.
If the product is not fit your foot, you can return it within 5 days (once per order, at no cost to you), always in consultation with our store at 2106613712 (Monday-Friday 9.00-14.00) and only through the courier company with which we work. Concerning any other changes beyond the first, the replacement shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
 The products, which are purchased from the online store «melachrinidis.gr» can , also , be replaced in our store (Kleisthenous 8 Gerakas) always in consultation with us at 2106613712 (Monday-Friday 9.00-14.00) . Absolutely no change is accepted without prior consultation with our store and/or without company of the original purchase receipt (proof Retail, invoice, shipment-invoice etc).
